You could actually have it in your genetics to be more sensitive to anxiety than other people are. Society often refers to people like this as being naturally high strung. If you are one of these people you know what this means. You are more nervous in all situations.

Tough situations in life are normal reasons to feel tensed and pressured. Among these every daly tensions are the worries about money matters, especially when it comes to paying bills. For some people, they know how to calm down during these tough situations, but for some people, they tend to become anxious and panic will attack them at this time.

When you are depressed it is easy to suffer with other problems too such as anxiety and panic attacks. Feelings of depression can make you start to think irrationally and panic over the simplest of situations. Like being in a crowd, which most people have to do everyday.

Also anything that makes you have altered thinking such as taking certain drugs (legal or illegal) or imbibing in alcoholic beverages. These can distort your thinking and rationing abilities so you may not be able to keep yourself calm when needed. When your going into anxiety mode in your mind there is always a possibility of a panic attack occurring.

If you have ever had one panic attack you can always get another. Many times the fear from having one attack can make you be on the alert for another one, therefore you are in a state of anxiety. This in turn leads to another panic attack.

The cycle of anxiety and panic attack can be destructive to your wellbeing. If you just leave anxiety to go untreated, you will continue to have panic attacks for the rest of your life. Your life will never be normal again if you do not treat your anxiety right away.

When you have been in a traumatic situation in your life, where you have feared for your life this can cause you after effects. These can include a high level of fear that stays with you, which brings on anxiety. If this level of fear is too high it may turn into panic. This in another very normal thing to suffer anxiety and even panic attacks over.

As you can see by this article most anyone could at one point in their lives feel anxiety. Not all people suffer panic attacks but they could. Anyone could have a situation at one time or another in their lives that they could have a panic attack over.
